How to use it

How to put on your Glard Aligner™

Fully loosen the shoulder straps before putting it on.
Place your arms through the straps and position the back support centrally along your back.
Bring the waist belt around the middle of your abdomen—not underneath the belly—and fasten it securely.
Sit or stand in a comfortable upright posture, with your shoulders gently drawn back.
While holding that posture, gradually tighten the shoulder straps until the fit feels snug and supportive.

Important: Until your shoulders are gently drawn back and the straps are properly tightened, the corrector may seem too small or difficult to fasten. This is expected - the corrector is designed to be adjusted while you hold an upright posture, then provide a gentle reminder when you begin to slouch.

The fit should feel snug, but it should not cause pain, restrict normal breathing, or severely limit movement. Begin with a short wearing period and readjust the straps as needed.
